355ml bottle. Robust spices, very highly carbed and prickly, semi-boozy but not too bad. Not bad.

hopmelt (159) - Painesville TWP, Ohio, USA - JUL 7, 2014
Pours medium golden, slight thin white head very slight lacing. Aroma sweet malt, definitely get the tea, belgian yeast esters of bubblegum and clove, no hop or alcohol. Taste sweet, malty, big esters, clove and slight bubblegum, the slightest hint of alcohol, the honeysuckle tea definitely there, unfortunately. Mouthfeel fuller side of medium body, aproaching high carbonation, slight alcohol warming, in the sweeter side of balanced finish. Overall nice beer, the tea flavor can go, and could be attenuated a little more, also should have a little more alcohol presence for the style, better than most of the ratings suggest though.

ChainGangGuy (4353) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - JUN 5, 2014
12 ounce bottle - $3.79 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Bottled on: 05/06/2014

Appearance: BB presents a golden pour, with an ever so slight haziness to it. Has not more than a very, very slim white head.

Smell: With a top note of honeysuckle, there are various tangy fruity esters swirled up with aromatic spice, bready malts, chewing gum, and a drip of alcohol.

Taste: Scantly bready pils malts drizzled with simple syrup ramp up to a range of fruity hints, tasting of orange rind, lemon, apple, and banana dosed with a shot of Prosecco. Cracked clove and a taste of bubblegum follow. On the back half, there’s a little honeysuckle, a little alcohol, a little acidity. Fastly drying approaching the lightly crisp finish.

Mouthfeel: A bot over medium-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation. Just a bit of stickiness to it.

Overall: Fairy decent. While not as seamless and graceful as others, it is a solid shot at a honeysuckle infused Belgian-style offering.

Small white head thats short lived. Pale yellow color. Nose is doughy, bready with some grassy notes. Body is light, tame carbonation, lil pasty. Sweet malts, bready, yeast notes. Sweet, malty finish. Honeysuckle? Meh, whatever. Received in a trade with that hopscotch guy, weird. Thanks buddy!

chinchill (1723) - South Carolina, USA - MAY 20, 2014
12 oz bottle from Tower in Atlanta. No date despite a place on the label. Pours amber with a small, short-lived head. Excellent clarity. Aroma: apple juice, floral and fruity yeast effects. Flavor: Belgian yeast; light baked bread in the finish; light spices; hint of honey(suckle?). O: a quality Belgian style ale.

Poured a light golden yellow color with aromas of esthers, light banana, some fruit and light herbal tea. Flavors were the same light yeast in the aftertaste, light fruit as well.

Pours a hazy orange yellow. Not much head here. Getting a phenolic aroma first. Banana and spice. Slick and viscous on the palate despite a nice burst of bubbles at the putset A little too cloying for me. Getting a minor spice note stuck at the end. Don’t know if that is the tea or not.
