2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from central market. Pours a clear golden color with a bubbly white head. Aroma is grainy, a bit sour, and a touch of sweet. Flavors much the same with a bit more sour and family refreshing on the finish. A touch of dry also.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a clear amber with a thin, white head with moderate lacing. Aromas of fruity hops, yeast, and is somewhat woody. There’s a decent balance between the hops and malts and it does have a nice clean finish, but it doesn’t do much else to impress me. It’s a nice crisp beer, but just another run of the mill APA.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Dark golden, hazy, average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel and fruitiness with light citrus hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty and sweetish flavor, light caramel and light fruitiness with light citrus hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and dryish, light fruitiness and some citrus - herbal hoppyness. OK hoppyness althought bit thin-bodied pale ale.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
An inviting and interesting aroma - some citrus zip, sweet honey tones, various esters, a mild mix-bag of hops. Clear, golden brew with a white, clingy head. Good label. The first sip of this put me off - maybe palate shock from the previous, sweet beer. Things leveled off after that, though. Lemon/grapefruit pith astringency and bitterness over a golden syrup backbone. Medium body, aftertaste has a little tinniness. ABC, Betton.
