Pours a clear amber with a thin, white head with moderate lacing. Aromas of fruity hops, yeast, and is somewhat woody. There’s a decent balance between the hops and malts and it does have a nice clean finish, but it doesn’t do much else to impress me. It’s a nice crisp beer, but just another run of the mill APA.

12oz bottle from ABC on Betton. Gold-brown pour with a thin off-white head that leaves a ring. Aroma is malty, bread and caramel. Tastes are grainy, citrus, malt, bread, grass and caramel. Palate is on the thin side. Grass in the finish too.

Bottle poured into a small plastic cup in my hotel room. Nice pale amber with a persistent white head. Aroma is lightly grassy and citrusy, but also with a good deal of cereal and cardboard. Taste is assertively malty with just a slight hop bite. Easy drinking, but not great.

a nice and fruity brew with sugary and syrupy flavors of peach and a hint of apricot. the beer has more than enough malt and bitter hop profile in grapefruit to keep it nice and beery. frothy and complex i found this to be a perfectly charming pale ale strong enough to be a good ipa. exactly what one who knows would hope for in a Southern brew.

Taste: hoppy, grassy, hint of malt sweetness Palate: some froth on the tongue, lingering bitter aftertaste Overall: a bit too hoppy for me, reminds me of an IPA, hops are all the flavor, if you like IPA’s this is for you ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(bottle of Deep South PA) - watered down rust color with a minimal head. The nose is grassy and the taste is a little on the metallic side. I definitely detected the dry hops but it just has a weird metallic taste to it.
