COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pour copper orange with off white head. Aroma caramel, cereal grain, citrus, lemon, quite sweet. Taste caramel, floral, butterscotch, citrus, biscuit, pears. MF medium body light carb. Good brew nothing special.

Pours cloudy orange with frothy head. Aromas are floral, soapbox and almost cucumber like. It is a medium bodied brew with slightly hoppy mid palate and finishes kind of bland. Overall a highly carbonated everday IPA.

500 ml bottle from La Barik. Pours a cloudy deep orange with moderate-sized off-white head. Aroma is spicy hops and biscuity, caramel malt. Taste is somewhat minerally with spicy hops, fruitiness, grains and caramel. Gentle carbonation. Not much as an IPA but pleasant nonetheless.

500ml bottle. Hazy copper pour with average yellowish tan head that recedes at an average pace. Earthy, spicy hops on the nose with a fairly subtle maltiness underneath and a wisp of citrus fruit. Astringent and green on the palate with a touch of tropical hops.

Nice full bodied beer but lacking some hoppy bitterness to be a real IPA. Tastes almost like a cross between a cream ale and an IPA. If I ignore the fact that it is not bitter enough to be an IPA nor is it very intense as claimed on the bottle, it is still a pretty decent beer.

Excellente IPA au beau nez fruité et invitant. De couleur doré foncé, un peu voilée et avec un très beau col mousseux et collant. On remarque l’amertume qui est juste à point: très présente, mais sans exagération. Tout à fait dans mes cordes!

A beautiful, frothy light beige foam covers the muddy dulled amber. Kinda mineral, earthy, spicy, woodsy (fuggles?) nose that remains on the subtle side for a proclaimed IPA. Heavy on the biscuity crystal malt side and almost with a torrefied more than toasty hint reminiscent of roasted almonds. Somewhere in the back, an undefined fruitiness, a bit apricot-like, wanders around. Not very sharp on the hop front, but well attenuated, especially that its relatively high level of carbonation makes it seem drier than it is. Not particularly appealing aroma for a hoppy beer though and it could use more than a bit of extra flavour brightness. All in all, not a product I’m inclined to buy more than once every few years as it is.

Pale amber pour. The aroma is very oxidized. Soft touch of diacetyl as well. Dry but not very good at all. Aged and kind of thin. Meh.

Very nice foggy amber body and a big off-white head that is indeed attractive for the dégustationally inclined. Soft sweet malt aroma and nothing else. Flavour is murky malts with an okay mouthfeel. It is very particularily, and extremely especially, average.
