Mondial de la Bière de Montréal; I never heard about that brewery, Le Bilboquet, but I must say that if all the beer are like this one, they will have a good future. This beer look like stout and taste like stout. I will say that it taste similar to McAuslan Oatmeal Stout, but I find it better than the McAuslan Stout.

Aug 10, 2008 [1488-20080601] Tap. Light coffee roast aroma. Dark black body with a long-lasting creamy tan head. Smooth coffee roast malt flavour has a bitter finish. Smooth full body. Enjoyable, repeatable, nice coffee notes.

Jun 24, 2008 Draught @ Mondial 08’. Coffee Porter with heavy malt flavor. Almost tastes as if the coffee was over steeped. I like the bitterness in the finish though.

Jun 6, 2008 2008-06-01. Black body, nice creamy tan head. Roasty aroma, touches of coffee grounds, muted mocha. (7+) Similar flavour, roast takes on still more of a coffee grounds character, as well as a bit of an acidic not quite ashen tang at the end. Smooth average to medium palate. (3+) Pretty good, well made, but the character of the roast was a bit off-putting for me personally, the score is generous in hindsight. <i>On tap, Mondial, Montreal, 3T</i>

Texture est crémeuse et onctueuse.
Bonne amertûme à la finale.
Dégusté au Mondial de la Bière à Montréal.
Très douce au goût.
