Pours a clear red with a small white head that leaves some lacing. Nose is of purple berries, spices, perfume. Taste is moderately bitter and offers some of the same berries along with some bubblegum angles. Pretty perfumey. Body is medium and carbonation moderate. Not your typical american amber ale but still somewhat enjoyable for what it is.

Nice aroma of a mix between copper and honey. Apparence is not hazy and has a unique taste of honey. Very liquid for it’s taste.

Ambar de escasa espuma, pero buen aroma, licórico y especiado. En boca es bastante dulce (miel), muy malteada, en parte compensada con toques especiados. Bien de cuerpo y alcohol presente sin exagerar. Buena.

Thanks to Peter for this. Pours a dirty brown gold with a small off white wisp. Aroma is sweet honey, cinnamon and other spices. Taste is a little muddled, honey, cinnamon, cadamon, other spicy notes and some sweet caramel malt on the bottom.

Big, long lasting off-white head, caramel, almost opaque body. Spicy, fruity aroma. Light to medium body, alcohol well integrated. Spicy, bitter taste, little honey. Bitter finish.

Pour is orangey caramel with a fat frothy cap that sticks around and leaves a bit of lacing. Nose is sweet/fruity/spicy, with honey, raisins, prunes, caramel and spices. Taste-wise it’s sweet but surprisingly light, with a crisp dry finish that leads into spice/pepper and alcohol warmth. Nice carbonation, medium body and the bitter finish make this stuff surprisingly drinkable.

500ml bottle shared with wife, thanks D-O. Aroma: Honey, caramel, some dark fruits and spices. App: red-brownish with white head. Taste and Palate: thin body, medium sweetness, average carbonation. Abrupt sweet finish. Overall: Great look, average taste, boring palate, no funk, nothing. An average beer that I won’t buy again but wouldn’t mind drinking instead of commercial beer.

Couleur ambrée avec un col qui tien bien. En bouche c’est tout de meme complexe pour une rousse, caramel,épices, miel c’est un peu terreux. Correct en son genre!

500ml bottle. Had it a few times before reviewing it and I remember that I did like it back then!! pours a nice copper/caramel color with a very white regular head. The smell is just like they advertise: Honey, residual sugar that tends to be dark fruits! the taste is very well balanced but a bit shy if you ask me. it’s dry and crisp. the honey at first, then after a few sips you get the hop aftertaste that seemed not present at first. Then again , well balanced beer with a nice creative touch to it! cheers

500ml bottle. Pours a clear caramel/ruby with a a half finger, tan head. Aroma has notes of caramel, fruity esters, dark fruits, and holiday spices. Taste is balanced. Bread, a touch of spices, raisin, caramel, mildly fruity with a touch of warmth on the finish. Low-medium body with medium-high carbonation. Clean and light in the with a bubbly carbonation. Overall tasty. Reminds me of a Christmas beer in taste but with a light, bubbly mouth feel. Not a lot of honey flavour but you get it in the body.
