Sep 7, 2007 Verre de dégustation, provenant d’un fût, dégusté au Festival Bières et Saveurs 2007 (Chambly, QC). Arôme: Odeur de banane et d’épices. Apparence: La couleur est blonde orangée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de banane avec une pointe d’agrumes. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement onctueuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Présence d’épices en arrière goût. (Rating #1207)

Sep 4, 2007 Cloudy dirty yellowish blonde body topped by a small but long-lasting white head. Nose is floral and spicy. Body is full and fluffy. Wheat and hay abound. Banana and light grapefruit flavour. Coriander is expertly dosed. Flavourful tartness. Refreshing and satisfying. Superior Hefe. Underrated. One of quebec best kept secret. And being in Saint-Hyacinthe it will probably remain as such.

Golden wheat with mist. Quiet small poured head, shown only as white ring.

Rich, full characteristically to good wheat aroma. Ripe banana, sweet fruity, slightly citric.

Full flavored, wealthy wheat. Flavour is more of a mirror reflection of nose. Fruity with wheat grain accent. A bit t sharp on palate (carbonation). Finish felt a bit flat.

Sep 29, 2006 Bu sur place en échantion (5oz). Jaune blanche peu claire, petit collet. Simple arome de blé et coriande avec un soupson de malte. Goût de blé fruité assé bien.
