750ml bottle from Omni. Brown with a light biege frothy head that settles fairly quickly. Caramel, buckwheat honey, vanilla and oak, rum cake and bread - have not smelt anything quite like this. Unfortunately the rest doesnt quite match up. Thinner then I would have hoped but still decent, oak, rum, good carbonation, somewhat sweet and becomes more so with plum and grape notes on the finish along with booze and oak/vanilla. An up and down beer - finish and aroma are very good but letdown in the middle. Worth trying.

750ml bottle. Pours milky brown with a tan head that leaves a nice lace. nose of apple, vanilla, wood, honey and a hint of paint thinner...oddly not in a bad way. Quite sweet in the mouth with a heavy maltiness with honey and vanilla. Finishes bittersweet. A little too viscous on the palate for me.

75 cl bottle. The look : Mahogany with a small tan head. Lacing all around the glass. The nose : sweet malts, light touch from the barrel, vanilla for sure, notes of fruits. The taste : caramel and honey sweetness with the quiet strenght of the oak. The mouthfeel : body is well rounded, bubbles are there and the texture is slightly oily. The finale : soft caramel and honey finish with a kiss from the wood. Overall : pleasant to drink late at night.
