Malty caramel aroma with some pine in the background. The flavor has the malt an caramel balanced with those piney hops. The finish is warming.

Pigs Ear. Bottle from the foreign bar shared with the Usual Suspects! Almost clear dark brown beer, 4 inches worth of pale tan head! Light palate with mild fine carbonation. Minerally malt, quite lactose sweet but then there is a minor sour note as well. Nutty malt then kicks in with mild orange hops. Dry finish. Actually joins up quite well. Tasty!
