Pours gold with a small white soapy head. Aroma is grass, earthy, pears and floral. Taste is sweet with a light hoppy bite. Soft carbonation leads to a very soft mouth feel, very smooth. Overall a very nice and refreshing golden ale.

Bottle from wegmans. Pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is sweet mango, orange, a bit of booze despite low abv. The taste is sweet fruit, big grapefruit and orange from the hops, a bit cloying but not bad.

Shared from a big corked bottle into schooner glasses. It poured a medium orange amber colour with sudsy beige foam, lasting with lots of fine Belgian lace. The Le-Brewery brewmaster was trained in England, equipped with an estery historic Northern English ale yeast, and now crafts his beautiful brews in Normany, France. Malty, biscuity, very nutty, caramelly, with hints of toffee, dried apricots, black plums and cherries, currants, citrus zest. Overall, it reminded me a bit of a familiar Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, except a bit sweeter, with a more complex presentation like a Belgian Dubbel, and open-fermented in Yorkshire stone squares. Light-medium body, strong carbonation, lingering multi-layered aftertastes. Well-crafted, delicious and refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark gold body under a one finger fizzy white head that faded to a wispy film. The nose is slightly sweet with bready and light caramel malt. Just a little bit of fruitiness and light hops. The flavor is on the sweeter side, caramel and bready malt, light yeast influence. A little bland and boring overall, but I suppose that’s the style more than anything. Mouthfeel is a bit clingy with fizzy carbonation. Not the best beer, but no problems finishing a bottle.

Shared a 33cl bottle from the brewery. It pours a light hazy golden colour with a persistent lacing. Aroma is malty, choppy and light orange. Medium carbonation. Flavour is fruity, sour and bitter. A nice combination.

Pours deep gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing to coat surface. Sweet caramel and euro hops aromas. Soft and thin with sweet sourdough and mile nutty grass upfront turning to dry earthy hops in the lasting finish.

740 cc from Capone’s. Pours hazy dark straw with off-white head. Nose is pale malt, noble hops, yeasty fruitiness. Tastes pale malty, somewhat maibocky, with notes of fruit, subdued hops, and citrus.

Bottle chaired by Björn, thanks. Thick white lasting head. Light clowdy golden color. Huge fruity aroma and dry hop taste. Fruity taste with a dry finnish. Small but plesent biterness.
