Bottled. A hazy golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with a light tart note of apples. The flavor is sweet and tart with strong notes of apples and apple core.

37.5 cl bottle, courtesy of faroeviking. Pours almost clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Dry phenolic and sulphorish aroma with a touch of fresh apples. Citric and sulphorish flavoured, smooth and easy - yet with a light edge. Dry and citric flavoured finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy golden with hardly any head. Sweet apple aroma. Light body, tart apples and a slight astringency - some peel and tannins. 230410

Deep blond color; highly carbonated, the head is initially generous, but it disappears quickly; nice fine perlage. Aroma of apples and wood, lightly lemony. Dry mouthfeel, light apple flavor, rather acidic, with sulfites and some tannins. Sharp and dry final, a bit salty.
Chaotic cider, lacking of harmony.

Corked botella. Unclear deep golden colour. Sweet apple aroma, pleasantly tart. Good mouthfeel indeed. The flavour has plenty of apples, tart, soft sweetness, light bitterness. Tasty indeed.

Bottle from Monoprix, c&c. Orange gold color with a rapidly disappearing white. Citric apple aromas; tart. Good body with strong carbonation. Flavor is tart apple tending toward acidic. Seems to mellow. Somewhat astringent. Good.

A hazy amber cider with a thin white head, very effervescent. Nice sour apple aroma, sweet and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet apple cider with some light epsom salt, bits of wildness, a bit of lactic points, quite nice. Just 2.07 euros for a 375 ml corked bottle at Inno Passy.
