660ml bottle. Hazy orange with an off white head. Musty and somewhat faded hops, mild floral bitterness with some resin mixed in, bit grainy and a hint of spice. Moderate body and carbonation, slightly bitter, overall mild with a dry ending that is decent.

Aroma herbal hop softness , fairly dry , caramel with touch of vanilla. Pleasant. 7-
Appearance slight haze, amber with white top. Some lace noted. 3+
Flavor and Palate : earthy, slightly nutty, slight diacetyl on side. Drinkable straight ale.12+/20

Bottle [660ml] shared with HogTownHarry, JoeMcPhee, Radek, jercraigs & mabel -- c/o j&m. Pours a hazy golden-orange with an average size frothy off-white head. Aroma is fruity along with grain, pale malt, light grassy hops and some aromas I associate with "organic" beer. Flavour is grainy and fruity along with pale malt, light grassy hops and that same aforementioned "organicness". Average bodied. Smells good but tastes only O.K.

Blonde pâle et limpide avec des reflets cuivrés et un mince col de mousse. Nez de houblons frais avec une pointe de sucre/miel. En bouche, il y a quelque chose de floral, léger et rafraîchissant du début à la fin. On ne fait pas dans l’intensité, mais les saveurs s’étalent tout de même en longueur (plus de 10 secondes après chaque lampée). Longue vie au Castor : en plus c’est bio!

Bouteille de 650 ml achetée à La Barik (Trois-Rivières, QC). Arôme: Légère odeur d’agrumes avec une pointe de céréales. Apparence: La couleur est orangée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût d’oranges et de pamplemousses. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement onctueuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère présence d’agrumes en arrière goût. (Rating #4670)

2013-04-12. Crisp dark yellow body with a nice white head. 3++ Pleasant aroma, notes of pale malt, modest grassy hops. 6++ Flavour is similar, sweet pale malt, modest bitterness throughout has light grass and greenery, lightly resinous undertones. Average plus body suitable carb. Surprisingly decent, not what I was expecting, I just read the "blonde" and not pale ale on the label. Bottle via trade with cfrancis

Deep orange pour with a white head. The aroma is pretty nice and fresh. Bready and a little bit peppery with a nice fresh crackery malt. A little bit of peppery character with a touch of light spiciness. A bit of light fruit and a bit of flintiness. Really nice stuff.

660ml bottle shared by mabel and jercraigs with me, blankboy, radek and joemcphee. Clear orange-gold, decent frothy white drool of head. Aroma is wheat, light grain, grassy bitterness and a bit of generic fruitiness - ehh. Taste follows, slightly more bitter. Chewy, mild carbonation, surprisingly long bitter finish - not much aroma bitterness though.

Je ne goute pas le dry hop du tout, je suis quelque peu decu de ce produit. Ce n’est pas mavais, juste ordinaire. Je ne racheterai pas cette biere. Toujours à la recherche d’une bonne APA à Montreal...

A nice golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light grassy and mineral notes. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with good herbal hops, nice and fresh. On tap at Vices et Versa, Feb. 22 2013.
