COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
//// This beer is a celebration of the mighty West Coast hop, grown east of the Cascade mountains. Multiple varieties are used in this ale, at several different points in the brewing process. With emphasis on late hop & dry hop additions, we serve up tropical fruit and citrus flavours & aromas on a bed of pale and Munich malt.

A cloudy blonde beer that is very bitter. It leaves a citrus/grapefruit taste for a long time in your mouth.

Golden pour with a nearly white head. Big fresh citrus notes dominate the nose with the lightest hint of malt underneath. Lots of big fresh fruit on the palate with some grassy and vinous notes with a nicely balanced bitterness in the finish. Superb.

2013/13/02 - Pours a translucent, golden hay colour with a pillowy, white head that leaves ample lacing. Aroma is big citrus grapefruit, pine resin, floral hops and biscuit. Taste is very similar to nose; citrus grapefruit up front, a bread biscuit backbone and a pine and floral hop bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel and carbonation are medium with a crisp and drying finish. A standout IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale orange-tinted yellow with a small white head. Nose is full of citrus zest, floral hops, and dry crackery malt. Flavour brings out intensely floral hops, some dry citrus zest, more floral notes, and uber dry crackery malts. This is quite reminiscent of Hill Farmstead hoppy beers. Highly drinkable stuff. I could drink gallons of this stuff.

660ml bottle. Pours hazy golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pineapple and lychee. Pungent citra hops. Taste is citrus, tropical fruits, pine resin and a hint of bread. Medium body, soft carbonation, resinous texture. Dry with a smooth earthy bitterness finish. Really well-crafted IPA.

A top notch ipa from quebec to go along with leos from dunham. Grapefruit/ lemon aroma. Taste of tropical fruit, pine and a light malt backbone. Medium body, lots of lacing, good carb.

Pale golden pour - tight white head. The aroma is lovely. Bright lemon/grapefruit with a bit of soft fruit. Some very lean pale malt and some crackery notes as well as the fresh hoppy notes. Clean and crisp with a nice lightly grassy finish.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
