Jan 29, 2004 <i>Bottled.</i> Pale amber. Cookie malt completely dominate this beer from nose to finish. The malt profile is clean and very plain, and the hoppiness very light. The end result is a prototypical ale, too low in hop rate and toopoor in malt structure.
