A perfect wit. Nothing outstanding, nothing special about it, but it’s exactly what a wit should be. Pours a cloudy yellow tinged of white, thin whispy white head with crazy staying power, tight laceing. Aroma is herby and a little yeasty, with some lemon zest. Taste is dominated by cilantro, with some bitter hop and tangy orange zest and fruit. Undertones are a little smokey, crystal malt, yeast, some bubblegum and a few wild herbs. Aftertaste is bitter greens, cilantro, a ltitle starchy, with floral traces in the finish. Right on the mark with this one, exactly what it should be, somthing CB is known for. Cheers.

Jun 1, 2008 nice nose of citrus, and yeast. A wicked flavour is citrus, and corriander, a super nice quenching beer. a great example of the style.

Aug 20, 2007 [519-20070811] Tap @ Cheval Blanc (Montréal, QC). Wheatie characteristics with muted straw aroma. Clear, very pale yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Same bland wheat straw is in the flavour. Medium body. Not as interesting it could be.
