An unclear yellow beer with a fine small white head. The aroma is fresh with notes of wheat, yeast, and coriander, while the also is fresh, with primary notes of wheat and citrus - especially lemon. The end is dry. A lovely thirst quencher after 4 hours of walking in Montreal in the summer heat.

650mL bottle, split with Matts_Property, pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma o wheat, yeast, citrus and orange tang. Flavour is quite muted - citrus, orange peel, banana, clove and wheat. Nothing really stands out though itís decent.

Tap. May 2004 with Tiggmtl. Hazy blonde with a thin head. Biscuity aroma, sweet and with notes of apples. Lime slug impart a lemony taste, with light malts and surprisingly nice hoppy notes, some epsom salts. Medium bodied.

Draft... Murky, straw-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. The nose is of mandarin orange, grain and subtle coriander. The flavor is perfectly balanced, but bland. Maybe a whisper of orange peel. Medium-bodied and creamy with fizzy carbonation. Finishes crisp and lightly bitter. Iím not big on the style, but this wit is very pleasant... not over-spiced.

Hazy pastel yellow with a moderate white head. Citrusy yeasty aroma. Very refreshing palate is a bit light but very smooth. Sort of an odd aftertaste and finish. A very servicable Belgian Wit.

On tap at La Cheval Blanc. Pours a cloudy/hazy apricot color with a thin white head. Smells sweet and fruity, and a little bit like rubber bands. Thin to medium bodied, and light. Tastes a bit sweet, and nice citrus notes. Ends clean, and a little bit spicy, with nice orange notes.

Very mild, milky yeast in lime water...Minty fresh coriander in a thin body sprinkled with flour...A non-descript summer vacation...

Pale yellow gold pour with a tight white head. Very cloudy. The nose is of clove and banana along with a little bit of light coriander as well. There is a touch of soft wheaty character and a little bit of light bitterness and a touch of soft peppery character. A little bit of lingering spiciness and a kiss of light citrus. The palate is a little bit watery but itís decent.

[519-20070811] Tap @ Cheval Blanc (Montrťal, QC). Wheatie characteristics with muted straw aroma. Clear, very pale yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Same bland wheat straw is in the flavour. Medium body. Not as interesting it could be.

decent for a style I dont usually prefer. Smells of bread yeast with some light banana. Pours hazy blond, no head or lacing. Taste has light bitterness, light sourness. Pretty low carbonation. Medium consistency. On tap at No One Writes to the Colonel.
