Le Cheval Blanc Blé dHiver

This was the best white beer made in Canada, and was available on tap at the Cheval Blanc bar on Ontario in Montreal several years ago, before they started commercial distribution of their products. From then on it was only available in bottles and was never the same. It is only a memory.

Slight hazy yellow beer with a light malt aroma. Fresh malts and fresh hops in the mouth , like a nice fresh lager (makes me think of Heritage Lager). Medium bodied, and creamy...a light winter beer...
