Slightly hazy blonde with a creamy off-white head. Nice aromas of citrus and a touch of pine, a touch grainy as well . Low nitrogen level, lots of grapefruit in there, light to medium body, light caramel, lingering bitter finish. I think they re-shaped this beer since last time I tried one and they re-shaped it good! Highly drinkable, love the hoppy profile of this new light cream ale. Really well done.

On tap at the brewpub. Nice cream ale nitro pour, amber color, white head. Mellow hoppy aroma, citra and sorachi ace combine quite well with a honey-like malt aroma. Taste is light, slight hoppy bitterness, nice. Body is good for a cream ale, although still on the heavy/overly creamy side of things. I like this.

On a nitro tap at La Cheval Blanc. Pours a light hazy orange with a medium to thich white head. Aroma is pretty laid back, with mostly sweet malt aromas. Body is pretty thin and watery, but creamy thanks to the nitro. Ends with a bit of bitterness. Nothing overly exciting.

Pours gold with light fine head. Aroma of sweet sugar candy, grain. Rather simplistic aroma. Quiet sweet with light grainy malty accents. Too sweet for my liking making this beer unbalanced. One dimensional but not terrible.

Amber color, with a thick creamy white head, the nose is one of slightly floral note, and a shy pale malt aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate, with a fruity floral hops, a leafy accent, grassy character, leading towards a nice hops bittering finish.
