Jun 13, 2004 Aroma of medium dark malt, sweet, very light scent of Arabic gum. This is a nice lager, medium to full body with good texture. Nicely hopped, good finish. Very drinkable, sound lager.

Sweet round and toasty malt flavour with strong enough balancing bitterness. Long dry finish. Engaging in the mouth. Medium body. Good carbonation. On tap at the brewpub.

Jun 7, 2004 Lihgt amber colour and a moderate hed. Nice slightly toasty biscuity malts. Bit of hops in the aroma and just enough bitterness in the flavour with a finish on the dry side. Nice beer.
