Dark black, off-white head. Roasty, chocolate aroma. Chocolate flavours, not too bitter, kind of lactic. Watery behind its nitro-mask. Not bad. Draught.

Not a bad little stout. Not very aggressive on the roasted malt side, but most of the Montreal beers seemed a bit on the subdued side(not very hoppy and moderate malt.) Enjoyable though and only $3 a glass.

A nice stout, with a typical black beer look. Aroma and taste of roasted malt and coffee. Very enjoyable !

From la maison (which merits them an extra point). Perfect darkness seemed to reign in this glass as no living soul could be seen through it. On this pitch black throne reigned a beautiful beige head which furiously menaced my nostrils with coffee and light vanilla aromas. Roasted coffee glided on top of a demonic creamy texture. Moderate chocolate completed the pact and bewitched me... until long after the glass was empty.

pint @ pub. Pours very dark with a nice tan head. The aroma was pretty neutral, malt on the nose with some roastyness coming through. The taste was malty and chocolate, tasty. Over all this is a nice stout but not stellar.

Aroma is a bit weak. Looks great .. dark as it should be small creamy tan head. Leaving good some lace. Balance taste of coffee with a milky texture. Nice but better beers in Montreal.

Very nice stout, pitch black, creamy head. Vanilla, coffee aroma and flavor, liked it
