Single malt, single hop IPA. 100% Golden Promise malt and 100% Nugget hop. Dry hopped with...Nugget. On cask and draft only. 70 IBU. IPA brassée avec un seul malt (Golden Promise) et un seul houblon (Nugget). Houblonnée à froid avec du...Nugget. en cask et au fût seulement. 70 IBU.

In short: A tasty well malted resinous bitter IPA. Good session brew.
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Cloudy golden blonde body topped by a small persistent off-white head
In long: The nose is light with faint notes of grassy hops. Lots of cereals. Sweetness flavor is mostly honey with notes of caramel. Hops have a strong grassy and resinous character with notes of citrus fruits and pine tree. Bitterness with medium-high. Body is oily, a bit too much so. The nose is a bit weak but the beer is quite flavourful in mouth. Single hop IPAs is the coolest new trend since Facebook. Gotta go with the time, I’m drinking single hop IPAs and getting ready to open a Facebook account.

En fût. Verre de 10 oz dégustée directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur d’houblons herbacés avec une pointe de pins. Apparence: La couleur est blonde légèrement voilée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblons herbacés et de pins avec une pointe de pamplemousse. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présence d’amertume d’houblons en arrière goût. (Rating #2947)

A hazy golden IPA with a thick light off white head. A light subdued herbal hops aroma with caramel mlat and strawberries. In mouth, a smooth herbaceous hops, with crisp light tingling sensations in mouth, very classy. Very British. On tap at brewpub, March 17 2010.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Above average retention. Aroma is herbal with citrus, pine and malt. Flavor is pine, herbs, floral notes and a touch of fruits with malt. Medium body.
