Drank on cask (12 oz) at the brewpub, on June 10, 2011. Coppery reddish, small head. Dry hop aroma, notes of grapefruit. Slightly sweet taste of hops, hints of grapefruit, dry bitterness à la Cheval Blanc. This is an IPA à la Cheval Blanc, one must love that!

Cask at the brepub. Great piney hoppy nose, wicked chewy malts. Bready, cereal, caramel malts, mingling with the great west coast pine, and hints of citrus. Lots going on here, and on cask, this was a real treat.

Une pinte provenant du Cask. Bière ambrée-cuivrée avec une belle couche de mousse blanche et durable. Le nez classique de houblons frais avec un peu de caramel. La bouche est mordante, longue, houblonnée. Une finale amère longue et savoureuse.

A lightly hazed golden amber ale with a thick creamy off white head. In aroma, smooth caramel and pinhey hops, floral, honey combs, very nice. In mouth, a nice hopped up offering with lingering grepefruit bitterness, grassy and floral qualities, very smooth. On tap at brewpub, June 17 2011.
