Draft: Poured a light reddish color ale with a small foamy head with light retention. Aroma consists of sour raspberry with light malt body and light rustic notes. Taste is quite refreshing with lots of fresh raspberry with a medium sourness level and some light rustic malt notes with balanced sweet undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made with great refreshing factor and some level of complexity.

Pour copper ruby with thin beige head. Aroma raspberries, jam, quite sweet, extremely fruity, cereal grain. Taste raspberry, mild hops. Mild grain, jam, sweet, mild floral hops. MF medium syrupy body decent carb. Good nothing special for a fruit beer its tasty but not what I want to drink.

On tap at the brewpub. Murky orangeish pour, small pinkish head. Delicate aroma of raspberry, a touch of funk and some yeast. The mouthfeel is a little sour, a good dose of fruit. Nice medium dry finish, with a touch of sweetness. Very refreshing.

A hazed amber saison with pink hues and a thin white head. In aroma, a fresh bucket of raspberry mash with some milky notes. In mouth, a sour and light saison with loads of mashed fruits, abit light bodied, but overall, very good. On tap at brewpub, June 17 2011.

In short: A doughy/yeasty beer full of tart refreshing raspberries. Nice
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Cloudy dark pink body topped by a very small pink head
In long: Nose is full of fresh tart raspberries. Taste of raspberries, cookie dough, minerals sensation, yeast, SocialTea™ cookies, a tiny bit of caramel. The beer tasted yeasty but with the raspberries being so dominant it was hard to pick up anything rustic in this beer. This was very refreshing and I thought it was a superior raspberry beer to their own official raspberry beer (Le Cheval Blanc Framboise). This needs to become a regular summer offering. I like having this brewpub a few blocks away from my place. People there really look up to me with pleasure in there eyes. Usually when I’m drunk dancing on the tables.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a pink/reddish hue with a large white head. A really nice mellow berry nose with earthy yeast notes as well. The flavor is very interesting; sweet berries and mellow earthy malts, some tartness, very dry. Not over the top fruit, but a nice addition to a good base beer. Smooth and very drinkable.
