Verre de 12 oz à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur de cannelle et de poivre. Apparence: La couleur est blonde foncée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de cannelle et d’agrumes. La durée de l’arrière goût est moyenne. Palette: Le corps est mince et la texture est sirupeuse. L’effervescence en bouche est moyenne. Présence de cannelle (genre bonbon poisson rouge) en arrière goût. (Rating #420)

Pours a pale clear with small head and somelace. Spice upfront in the aroma, then some herbla and floral spices and hops. Also some rye and bready malts throughout. I noticed some hemp flavors and aromas as well.

Candied malt, and lemongrass aroma, copper, tiniest of tan heads. Taste is a good malt start, with some rye in the aftertaste. Crisp, clean, sweet, dry finish. Interesting.

Deeper golden color with a slight haze. White head, medium sized. CItrusy along with some coriander and yeast. Mildly spicy. Ligtht to medium bodied. Not incredibly exciting but not bad.

Bright belgian lager, a bit too yeasty and watery. No body to speak of and just plain boring. The Lager blonde had more going for it.

Pale yellow blonde with a thin creamy white head. Faint sweet malt aroma, a bit grassy. Crisp malt with woody rye notes. Medium bodied and satisfying.

07.11.05 Tap at brewpub. Lightly hazed dark golden. Similar to the piment but sour where there had been pepper. Saazy and grassy, some english spice.

A hazy yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is of citrus and coriander, while the flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of citrus. A simple, but very refreshing beer.

Couleur dorée parsemé d’une bonne quantité de mousse blanche concassée. Arômes semblant initialement inodore nous dévoilent graduellement les céréales, le seigle, l’écorce de lime et le côté épicé en provenance du seigle. Ici, le seigle semble vraiment responsable des qualités de la bière, parfumée et épicée. Texture laiteuse, corps d’épaisseur moyenne, relativement courte en bouche. Finale faiblement amère probablement amené par le seigle. En fût à la brasserie.
