Drank on tap (20 oz) at the brewpub, on May 21, 2011. Misty blonde, thin head. Dry hopped aroma of peach, a few notes of herbs. Herbal hoppy taste very dry, vegetal bitterness, It is bitter, that’s all!

En fût. Verre de 10 oz dégusté directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur d’houblons résineux. Apparence: La couleur est blonde-orangée légèrement voilée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblons résineux avec une pointe d’ananas. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement minérale. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présence d’amertume d’houblons en arrière goût. (Rating #3669)
