Nice citrusy and piney aroma, some grass. Murky golden, minmal head. Somewhat bitter with nto much malt sweetness. Thin body, well carbonated with a bitter finish. Focus is totally toward the hops and i like that in an IPA. So many different hops used in this beer that it is impossible to point one out. thumbs up from me!

In short: An amber IPA with very sharp and bitter citrusy/lemony/piney/tropical hops. For hops lovers
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Cloudy amber-orange body topped by a small white head
In long: Nose is bursting with oranges, tropical fruits and some pine-tree. This hoppy nose is very bright. Taste is equally bright and sharp, a slightly toasted biscuity malt backbone with a lot of citrusy hops, orange peels, citric lemons, tropical fruits, pine-tree. This is a merciless assertive hopping, a beer for hopheads only. After-taste has some residual sugars I could have done without and makes me take a few points away. A very good hop-fix. Drank quite a few pints that night at Cheval Blanc again, and when I’m known I’m getting too drunk I try saying "no" to alcohol, but that doesn’t help at all because beer doesn’t have ears and also I keep saying “bring me another one” to the barman.
