Cloudy amber-gold hue, with a small ring of white head, nice floral leafy, grassy tropical fruit hop nose of lychees, rambutans, pineapples, with a light zesty lemon, grapefruit note within a subtle toasted, caramel malt aroma follows through on medium-bodied palate with a nice yeasty, flowery leafy, grassy, tropical hop character reminiscent of mangos, rambutans, lychees, with a zesty, lemon, lime, grapefruit rind backbone, and a piney, earthy cedary hoppiness undertone, with a faint toasted, caramel malt accent, leading towards a fruity, lychee, leafy, grassy, zesty lime hop bittering finish.

(Rating #3946)

JulienHuxley (1154) - Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 8, 2011
On tap at the brewpub. Gold-amber pour with white head. Very faint aroma, light hops, sappy and dull. Taste is very bitter, almost no hop flavor but a sticky-resinous alpha acid bitterness that just sticks. Unimpressive malt backbone to support all that bitterness. Palate is a tad under carbonated and sticky. Not impressed.

lefossoyeur (274) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 29, 2011
Strong haze on this golden copper blonde with a tiny creamy white head. Shy fruity-peachy nose. Medium to full body, medium carbonation, intensely fruity palate, developping into intense dry, tea-like, grapefruity bitterness, lingering for a long time, but with a big malty palate as well. This is a strange IPA. The mouthfeel is really intense compared to the aromas and finish. Still nice, but defenitely a different kind of IPA...
