A dark clean brown ale with reddish hues and a thick moka head. A nice pleasant caramel and chocolate malt in aroma, with black pepper notes. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with herbal English hops, burned toast, light to medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, August 3, 2008.
