En fût. Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur d’érable. Apparence: La couleur est blonde-dorée légèrement voilée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût d’érable et de céréales. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère présence d’érable en arrière goût. (Rating #3010)

On tap at brewpub. Nice amber with a white head. Smells of maple. Taste is wood, cereals, slightly fruity and a nice, subtle maple flavor in the finish. Interesting mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.

On tap at brewpub, April 8th. Amber color with little head that didn’t stay long, maple aroma on nose. In mouth, sweet maple taste and malt take the place until they mixed to make a malted sugary taste in the aftertaste. (rating # 10)
