On tap at brewpub. Nice hazy, light purple with a thick white head. Sweet and fruity, reminds me of fieldberries. Nice carbonation, makes it very refreshing. Perfect summer beer for a terrasse.

Can - 473ml. Hazy peach/golden body with a good white foamy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with fruity/flowery hints. Taste is slightly dominated by malty flavors. It carries grainy and citrusy notes and ends with a short bittersweet finish. Not bad.

Appearance: rose amber with large rocky of pink top. 3+
Body , Flavour , Palate and Final Notes: medium bodied with lighter sides. Slight diacetyl , creamy feel , smooth body with fruity slightly tart notes. Rounded herbal rose , hibiscus feel. Relaxing easy going brew that is not perfect....

2011-08-08. Murky peach coloured body with a small white head. 3+ Odd aroma of tart fruit, baby diaper, grapefruit, bit funky. Flavour is also odd, sweet bit of wheat character, sugary notes, finish is a bit muddled. Smooth average to light bodied palate. On tap at the brewpub. Pink-orangey color with white head. Aroma of tea, grapefruit, berries, quite interesting. Taste is sweet, fruity, good berry taste from the elderberries, quite clean actually. Palate is a bit heavy for the ABV, slightly syrupy and sweet but quite easily enjoyable nonetheless. Nice little fruit beer.

Cannette. Orange-rosée. Opaque. La mousse est assez mince mais dure assez longtemps et laisse un petit cerne blanc. Arôme assez poussé de blé, de levure et de ... fruits quelconques. Gout de blé et de fruits sûrs. Produit relativement sucré. Aucune amertume et arrière gout négligeable. Pas mal, mais pas un must.

Cannette 473 ml. 4.6%. Couleur beige-rose, mouse blanche. Arôme avec un peu de fruit et de malt. Goût de céréales, de blé, de fruits, un peu amère en raison du fruit. J’ai l’impression que fraîche sur place en fût, elle est VRAIMENT meilleur.
