Over-Carbonated at sight, lots of bubbles making it looks like Canada dry Ginger Ale....Nothing interresting for both your eyes and your nose. But this beer is better than what the ratings showcase. Typical malty-biscuity, slight hints of caramel. Very refreshing taste, everything a nice summer pilsner should be. Bravo Le Corsaire, you actually did a very well balanced "on target" beer.

Aroma: of raw wort , grains an old world hops. Slight tartness on side. 5-
Appearance: amber gold with initial plus sized top that quickly reduced to smalish fizz. No lace. 2-
Body , Flavour , Palate and Final Notes: medium bodied. Solid hop level with semi dry follow up. Thinner on body but it will serve just fine. Good character on top end with leafy bittering hops. Slight fruity malty hints. Fairly drinkable.

2011-08-08. Crisp bright yellow body with a small white head. 3+ Floral almost cidery aroma, light grass touches. 5+ Average to light bodied palate. Modest bitterness throughout, grassy hops and buttercup florals in the finish. Okay. Not entirely to my own tastes. On tap at the brewpub, Levis

Can - 473ml. Pale blond body with average carbonation and a diminishing white bubbly head. Fresh hoppy aroma with malty and grassy hints. Its malty/hoppy taste carries piney notes and ends with a decent bitter/herbal finish. Not bad.

473ml can. Pours clear, sparkling and golden in colour, with small frothy white head. Aroma and taste are slightly sweet pilsner malt. Hop is subtle noble varieties.

Pours with a beautiful huge white head and a foggy yellow body. Aroma of grass and wet grain, some gueuze-like notes in there too. Flavour is a light grain taste, almost in the vein of lambics, but it’s lost quickly to too much carbonation. It’s not quite there, but almost.

Bière Pilsner de 4.8% d’alcool, levure de type lager et malt de type Weyermann Pilsner, moyennement mousseuse, bien houblonné, saveur entre la Rickard white et la bittburger pills...un peu citronné.

Thanks to cole for the share! Awesome glued on label to the can! Pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is lemony, minerally and slightly yeasty. The flavor is simple, yet extremely pleasant. Lemon, thyme, honey, orange and a slightly tart finish. Really well made lager.

On tap. Pale yellow pour with a thin persistent white foam. Aroma of cheap fermentation (homemade wine-like), wet grains, straw and musty hops. Quite a weird aroma. Taste is more conventional, light grainy taste with a dry bitter finish, a bit yeasty. Palate was well carbonated. Not bad.
