En fût. Pinte dégustée directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur de céréales et de miel. Apparence: La couleur est dorée avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de miel avec une pointe de céréales et de surreau. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Présence de miel en arrière goût. (Rating #3191)

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark golden in colour, with moderate white head. Aroma and taste are nicely balanced, not strong. Faint hint of honey, not more than that. Ok.

My Bottom Line:
Biscuity cereals and honey sweetness merge in this flowery Cream Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the clear, light amber.
-Both the honey and elderberry flowers are present in the aroma and flavor profile.
-The cereal flavors are quite long, dominating the feeble (absent?) hopping.
-Nitrogen is not obstrusive at all, creating a comfy mouthfeel for this soft and sweet novelty beer.
