Mild ginger and grainy malts with some grassy hops apparent to the nose. Vegetal notes abound. Lightly slick blonde body is topped by a slight ring of white head. Grainy malt character with some apparent spiciness and fair bitterness. Tangy fruitiness is marred by vegetal and husky character. Light body with fair carbonation. Sampled at Mondial 2006.

Sampled at Mondial 2006. Fairly light yellow color with a white head. The aroma was vegatable with carrots and celery. There was a hint of mango. The taste was green bell pepper spiced finished. Typical light lager.

[ Sampler at the brewpub (6oz) shared with brave ppl ; chilled ]
A fully diminushing small fizzy white head that tops up a hazy light blond body. No lacing. No particules. Many medium bubbles Aroma presents shy biscuity. while hops are barely noticeable . Also, there are evident traces of butter . Initial flavor is lighty sweet while development is butterish. Finish is short . Light body... watery texture... Lively carbonation...

Lubiere (7002) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 4, 2006
At Festival Bières et Saveurs Sept. 2005. Hazy blonde with a creamy white head. Light diacetyl yogourt in aroma. Rather plain malt in mouth, wheat notes. Why such bad beer?

Cloudy blonde color with a thin white head. Yucky aroma and flavor of fruits flavor cristals (Cool-aid). Undrinkable.

The Lure:
Some butterscotch sweetness amongst the cereal. Quite faint and unassuming, this one won’t shock anyone. It was brewed for a beauty contest after all.

The Festivities:
Body is well-rounded for such a pale lager, but the malt is felt and not tasted much. Aftertaste is vacant, pointing once again towards its original purpose. This is probably their cleanest brew yet, so kudos to them for that. It is also not for tasting, but for chugging, so it will never get interesting ratings on this site.

Transcendence:
Playing volleyball under palm trees.

Robe blonde surmontée d’une mousse blanche. Arômes de céréales. Saveurs rondes de malt. Pas vraiment houblonnée.
