radiomgb (1711), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada May 31, 2008 Golden in colour, very large lingering white coloured head, lots of lacing. The aroma is sour, spicy, yeasty, lots of apples. The flavour is also sour, heavy on the carbonation, grainy, spicy. Sour mouthfeel, light body, high carbonation. Finishes bitter, the sourness continues, harsh.

EnSiFeRuM (226), Quebec, Canada May 17, 2008 Bouteille de 341 ml. La bière se présente avec une couleur jaune-soleil et une mousse modeste qui diminue rapidement. Au nez on découvre des arômes de céréales et de vinaigre. En bouche le corps est mince et les saveurs sont le vinaigre et le grain. GregClow (2299), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Apr 9, 2008 Bottle from trip to Montreal. Pale, hazy golden with a pillowy white head that quickly recedes into a thin, scummy looking layer of small bubbles. Mild, fruity aroma with a faint medicinal tinge. Medium body with moderate level of carbonation. Soft malt flavour off the top, dead in the middle, and some light sourness in the finish. I suspect this is mildly infected, but I also suspect that it’s made the beer a bit more interesting than it might’ve been otherwise. Still, it’s not very good. blankboy (2499), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Feb 19, 2008 Bottle. Pours a pale yellow-gold with a small diminishing white head. Very mild aroma and flavour of caramel malt, grain, light hops and fruit. Flavour’s watery and bland. Medium bodied. Not getting some of the foul or offensive notes that some are but it’s biggest fault, to me, is that it’s quite boring indeed. Roli (280), laval, Quebec, Canada Jan 2, 2008 Bottled. Blond beer. Simple, small head, watery, corny, and floral touch. Would not buy again.
