Gold, medium carbonated with relative small head. Mild grassy, malty aroma, bitter green like. Good texture, medium bodied ale, finish is bitter .Fine clean ale.

(341 ml) Aucune mousse. Robe dorée sale. Nez très peu invitant de sucre et de maïs bouilli. Les saveurs sont grimaçantes, un mélange infecte et insultant. En bouche, le corps ne tient pas, l’effervescence est forcée et la texture aqueuse. Complètement ratée ou infectée, c’est selon.

Bière couleur d’or sur dépôt de levure, coiffée d’un immense col blanc et mousseux. Des arômes très fruités de céréales et d’alcool (malgré son maigre 5%). Très peu amère et passablement de sucre résiduel. Plutôt mince, aqueuse, exagérément effervescente, elle se termine dramatiquement sur... Euh... De très légers arômes, mettons?

Originally rated December 2007. Blonde ale that is slightly hazy and loaded with carbonation. Huge creamy white head with very good retention. The nose is very hoppy, floral, with aromas that are like an outdated brew, like kind of sour. This appears in the taste as well, but I am pretty sure it is the hop they use, as there is not much aftertaste. There are also notes of grapefruits and the mouthfeel is pretty watery. Not really a fan of this one, except for its appearance.

Bottle. Light golden pour with some white head. Slight citrus and wheat aroma, some light fruit hints as well.Sweet malt, honey, light fruit flavors,and some waxy characteristics.

Bottle. Pours a golden apple body with a very thin white head and poor retention. A hint of honey, light waxy honey comb notes, dry with a hint of sweetness. To style pretty poor but it didn’t really bother me either.

Bouteille 341 ml. En fût au Grimoire. 5%. Cette bière ne m’a pas impressionnée en bouteille mais fraîche en fût elle est bien meilleure. Couleur blonde, Nez de céréale et de malt doux. En bouche, mnotes de malt et houblon floral mais pas d’amertume en finale. Honnête.

Aroma of buttery maple apple juice. Flavor of caramel apples, and maple. Holy god this is awful stufff

Bottle- A deep gold pour is topped with a thick white froth. Mild fruity aromas, a bit grassy, grainy, some yeast. Sweet grainy flavour profile is balanced with mild bittering grassy hops. White plum and a bit of yeast too. Creamy and thin finish, light body.

Bottle, shared with and courtesy of BeerGeek. Golden yellow, good sized white head. Dusty hops, light malt in aroma. Taste is ok - decent light body, some dusty hops, grain. Dry. Not infected like some other ratings I see and ok.
