from Village de la Bière, Strasbourg; brewed by De Proef - hazy blond colour under a huge white head; the nose shows citrus, hay and grapefruit; very sweet with a shy tart acidity trying to balance it; medium-bodied with a corny and citrusy aftertaste and soem residual sugars

In anteprima presso ilbeershop.it; una blanche molto promettente al naso, dove prevale la speziatura, e un po’ slegata in bocca

33cl bottle: poured hazy yellow with a big frothy white head. Mild yeast aroma with a hint of lemon and spice. Flavor is moderately yeasty with some lemon and coriander. Doesn’t blow me out of the water but it is a nice easy drinking and refreshing beer.

Bottled. A hazy blonde coloured beer with a nice white head and reasonable lacing. The aroma is lemony, yeasty and very spicy (coriander). The taste is also very spicy, perhaps too spicy and yeasty. I agree with Fiulijn’s comments regarding cleaning products; it’s all a bit clinical.

Light blond color, too big head. Ordinary aroma, with baking yeast, some citrus fruits and spices. Ordinary taste, but the odd combination of wheat spices and citrus fruits tastes a bit like cleaning product…
