ChrisOs ’Donkey Dork Lord’ Pre-GBBF Tasting. Light hazy gold beer. Good off white head. Sweet pale malt, somewhat aged tasting. Mild caramel lacto sweetness. Dry finish. Ok.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, sweet malt, oxidide, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110730]
