from Village de la Bière, Strasbourg; brewed by De Proef - hazy blond coloured with a huge and bright white foam; esters, yeast and grapefruit in the nose; overcarbonated, medium-bodied and with some tart acidity above a sweet backbone; slightly spicy and bitter fruity finish

33cl bottle purchased at Village de Bier in Strasbourg, France. Poured a hazy light yellow with a medium sized white head. Mild yeast and malt aroma. Little hops. Flavor is mostly yeast and grain, quite light, with some fruits. Slight bit of metal in the finish but overall, a nice easy drinking beer.
