My Bottom Line:
Strawberry perfume surfaces atop firm pale cereals, before being aptly dried out in a wave of carbonation carrying a wooden hop undertow.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sturdy sheet of foam covers the shining pinkish amber.
-Alcohol is barely perceptible, and the sugars are nicely dried out in the finish, making for a perilously easy drinking 8% brew.
-Strawberries are not overly present in the flavor profile; they are well integrated to the rest of ingredients.
-The mouthfeel is super professional, like in all Naufrageur beers I’ve had. Its polished angles make for a classy brew.
-Although this is one of the most accomplished strawberry beers I’ve had, I can’t say I fell in love with it. I would however recommend it heartily to those looking for an easygoing but serious fruit beer.

On tap at Brouhaha.
