Pours clear copper with a creamy off-white head. Spicy aromas where the mirique beaumier shines. Malty, peppery, minty, little bitterness, ending with a slight astringency. I don’t understand why they mention 2IPA on the label as it is a nice herbal Red ale but never an IPA. Absolutely no Hops to speak of in this brew. Nonetheless an interesting experiment!

IPA Thé Du Labrador : Cloudy amber color with some faint activity. Beige 1 finger head, lasting around 8 minutes, with weak legs. Aromas and flavors of citrus, fruits, floral and herbal spices. Floral and piney nose. Strong bitter taste of pine with some lemon and orange clove flavors. Slick full body with prickly carbonation. Very strong bitter finish ending with a very spicy and astringent hoppy, pine, and clove feel. Overall an average IPA with overly spicy and unbalanced flavors. Very sour almost like shewing an orange peel and lacking a little freshness.

Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting, ABV is 7%. Called an IPA by the brewery, infused with tea(?). Hazy orange colour, decent off-white head. Aroma of old orange marmalade and American hops. Refreshing flavour, fairly dry, well hopped throughout, but not too bitter. Good beer.

Shared bottle at local tasting. Pours unclear Golden with a big creamy white head. Nice malty aroma, herbal and spicy with notes of wood. Taste is powerful with a well balanced malty body against resiny and spicy hops, dry lingering fruity finish, very good.

Ganske oppfriskende. God fylde og behagelig lang ettersmak.

Pours a luscious hazy golden robe topped by a huge frothy white head showing excellent retention and clumpy lacing properties. Carbonation is mildly active with fine bubbles. The nose is mostly floral with discreet malty notes. The taste is very floral, you get the oils of the tea, giving it a nice texture. The resinous hops come through the back the palate and linger in the long resinous finish. Quite a drink. Cheers!
