Pours a clear amber color with a medium tan head. Pleasant aroma of caramel with floral hops. Very good flavor of caramel and floral hops, there’s also a toasted malt presence and medium bitterness in the end. The body is medium with a creamy texture and medium carbonation. This is a solid amber ale.

Nice rusty red body with a sweet beige foamy head. Caramalised aroma dominates. You can smells roasted malt hints. At taste not much to say except a sweet bitterness at end. Really not one of my favorite.

Bottle, purchased fresh from the brewery. Pours a bright ruby-kissed copper with an average cream colored cap. Sweet toasty caramel aroma with an interesting Graham cracker note. Toasty caramel flavor, quite biscuity, nicely malty with nutty undertones. Simple but tasty.

My bottle [500ml] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus. Pours a clear deep amber with a large lasting fluffy off-white head. Aroma is buttery along with caramel malt, grain, light hops and honey. Flavour of caramel malt and light hops is a touch of buttery. Average bodied. Just O.K., it’s kind of dull.

500ml bottle shared by blankboy with me and garthicus. Bright, refractive copper, clear, small but lasting off-white frothy head. Smells grainy, somewhat sweet - not great, but really beery .... Taste is ... odd sweet, floral, grainy - kind of a mid-level boring brewpub "rousse" .... average mouthfeel, mild carbonation, slightly harsh aftertaste. Boring - but aren’t all of these boring? Why so sweet?
