From memory a couple nights ago: simple but tasty amber. Caramel and roasted grain. Roasted grain/fruity taste. Light bitterness. Unremarkable but solid.

500 ml bottle from local IGA grocery A: dark caramel, roasty/nutty, low diacetyl earthy. App: clear dark copper white head. T/p: med body with sweet but short finish. Moderate carbonation. O: OK . a bit surprise by the roastiness on that one. It’s not something I would drink everyday but got to say it’s original.

500ml bottle, thanks dad. Aroma: caramel, roasted malt. App: clear amber, medium head with beige head. Taste and palate: creamy medium body, a tad watery, light-medium sweetness, sticky, light sweet finish. Overall: not so great but still better then I expected. A tad too much caramel on the nose. More like a bitter

A curious, unique little amber. Poured a rusty brown red with a foamy off white head. Aroma was a surprise as it hit me with smoke, raisins, brown bread, and toffee. Tasted pretty similar with raisin bread, toffee, leather, and smoke. Had a medium oily body, with low carbonation. All and all I was impressed.

A nice surprise from a new (to me) brewery. Many a wonderful scent slink off of this rusty red brew with its big foamy off-white head. Malt forward she be, whole wheat toast, raisins, cigar, leather, earth and roasty goodness. The taste is quite sweet but not sickly, caramel and a slight bitter, burnt-bread quality. It has a mid-low carbonation and finishes quite dry. A very fantastic drink.

500ml bottle. Pretty good tan head, lots of lacing, amber brown, filtered. Weak aroma, some malt. Taste is a good balance of malt and an appropriately earthy bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel. Overall, bitter enough to be craft but drinkable enough to go with food.
