A golden ale with a thin white head. A pleasant hoppy aroma, caramel malt, with light funky notes. In mouth, a good hoppy pale ale with restrained c-hops, melding nicely with the malts. Well balanced. On tap at Brouhaha, March 28 2009.

Slightly cloudy pale amber color with a medium offwhite head. Nice aroma of citrusy and slightly resinous hops with a caramel malt. Very good flavor of citrusy, slightly resinous hops with caramel and bitterness in the end, there’s also some lingering sweetness. The body is light to medium with an oily texture and moderate carbonation. This is a very satisfying pale ale.

growler de 1,8l, acheté chez grand duc. bière de belle couleur cuivrée, mousse abondante, épaisse et durable, nez agréable de houblon , cascade ?, houblonnage à froid. floral, bouche de moyenne corpulence, finale amère agréable. dans le style.

Verre de 20 oz, au Pub Brouhaha. Arômes de houblon résineux et floral. Robe dorée, légère mousse et effervescence moyenne. Moyennement ronde en bouche, les céréales appuient un houblon résineux et floral. Légère touche sucrée de caramel et finale plutôt amère. Une APA très bien faite.

Pours a deep amber with a nice frothy white head. Aroma is grain, slight hop and cereal. Taste is great. Cereal, hop with a low bitterness. But a great malt profile for a pale ale.

Oily golden brew topped by a limited white head that wants to go away sooner than one would like. Aroma is somehow malty with a nice hops sting. Taste is maltier than your usual pale ale but it is all balanced out by a good and firm bitterness. A good beer that I wouldn’t mind having again,

Cruchon de 1.82 litre. La bière est de couleur dorée-rousse et possède un col de mousse fugace. Au nez on respire des arômes de houblon résineux, de conifères et d’agrumes. En bouche le corps est moyen avec une effervescence faible-moyenne. On goûte des saveurs de houblon résinux et d’agrumes. La finale s’exprime avec une amertume bien présente.

Bu à Brouhaha le 30/11/08, en fut (20oz). Blonde dorée, petit collet. Arome de malte caramelisé, un peu fruité et houblonné. Le goût est très amère et ça reste comme ça, légèrement houblonné un petit peu sucré. Ça c’est amère, mais pas assez de goût!

500 mL bottle. Clear copper with a small beige head. Mild aroma of floral hops. Flavour is better than the aroma, and more complex. More pineapple and citrus than the nose, and there is almost an Alt note to the malt profile. Quite interesting. Solid body.
