Pours a murky rustic gold with a raging carbonation driven head which abruptly collapses 1/2 way through drinking. Aroma features a complex blend of tannic wood, hint of plastic, wild ferment notes and a rich apple fruit character. On the palate there is sweet juicy red ripe apple fruit, loads of oaky tannin, a spicy wild note and a tart long finish. Awesome cider.

75 cl. Bottle. Large fine bubbled white head that mostly lasted. Spare display of lacework. Hazy almost amber color. Dry apple aroma, light barnyard, vinegar, citrus. Mild sweetness, fruity mainly, almost like apricot. Medium bodied with a sparkling dry texture. Moderated acidic flavor with good counter sweetness. Dry barnyard apple finish.

Bottle, bought @ Salling Vinforsyning, Kolding.
[vintage 2006]
Pours a deepish golden. A big white head rises, then fizzes away quickly. A whole bunch of bubbles speeding towards the now bare surface of the liquid. Wonderful aroma. Lots of barnyard, ripe apples (red ones), oak, thyme and strawberries. Very lively mouthfeel. Flavour is wonderfully tart, not as dry as other French sidres, lots of apples, oak and well-balanced herbalness. A really fresh and good sidre.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy, pale golden with a bubbly, rough, off-white head. Lightly tart apple aroma. Medium body with very fresh apple notes and throughout a perfect balance between sweetness and apply acidity making this rather pleasant. 170707
