Ungstrup (29476) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 27, 2014
Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices and phenols. The flavor is sweet with notes of phenols, caramel, and lemons, leading to a tart finish. A bit off.

Clear amber colour, white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, tropical fruits and passion fruit. Fruity hoppy flavour, light bitter, honey and malts. Quite a lot of CO2. Fruity finish. Very nice!
(From 33cL bottle @ weekly tasting, Benzai’s place. Thanks for sharing, Rene!)

Benzai (8530) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - OCT 31, 2013
Bottle [from trade with EricKok] shared with Dutchdrebus, Joes and Martinus @ weekly tasting. Clear dark orange to reddish color, small off - white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell malts and some hops. Taste malts, hops, slightly sweet, lightly bitter. Decently balanced, medium body and carbonation.

Bottle from La Cave a Bulles. Caramel body with big head. Nose is sweet, caramel, malts. Taste is malts, caramel, sweet, enjoyable. A bit sour and sweet in the finish. Enjoyable.

Swaroga (1389) - Brussels, BELGIUM - FEB 24, 2013
33cl bottle. Filtered brown/amber liquid with big ivory head. Nose : caramel , yeast, metallic notes, cheese, sweet bread. Burned toast. Sip : water like density, medium carbonation, oily texture. Another french beer with a very dry overall taste. It covers and dominates malt aromas and bitterness. I guess they like to fermentate at high temperatures. Untasty.

Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Hazy amber, rich lively head. Distinct canteloupe aroma. Sweetish with medium body and excessive carbonation. Red apples and canteloupe before a an apply finish with some metal. Problematic.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic.

From tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours clear and golden amber with a huge tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and fruity. Grapefruity, pineand light peachy. Toasted to caramelish malt. Bitter and light sweet finish. Growing bitter finish.
