On tap @ La Fine Mousse (Paris). Clear golden/orange with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is grassy with malt, some perfume notes, earthy hops and grapefruits. Taste is slightly sweet and slightly/moderately bitter with grassy hops, earthy notes, a good malt backbone, caramel and light grapefruits/citrus. Light to medium body. Good carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Good drinkability. Tasty Pale Ale. A little more on the malt side (which I usually don’t like), but it suits the beer well. Not one for the ages, but a good one for sure.

Bottle from Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon, Arlon, Belgium!
Pours hazy yellow with flat creamy head. Smell is hoppy-fruity with some sweet yeast. Starts bitter floral hoppy with some hay and grains. Middle part has grassy bitter hops, paired with fresh hay and some yeast. Goes into a yeasty and hoppy finish with lots of grass and hay. Good beer, but defenitely no IPA!!!
