Hazy blond color; wonderful creamy head, persistent. Excellent Triple, round mouthfeel, with a light sweetness, complemented by the bitter taste of honey; very light herbs and sour wood. A clear spicy character makes of this a pretty complex beer.

33cl bottle @ home. Clear copper to brown-amber color, small white head. Smell malts, sweet, honey. Taste malts, sweet, honey, herbs. Fizzy a bit sharp carbonation, a bit watery texture, medium body.

25 bottle. Ambrée claire, col blanc. Arôme de malt léger, houblon et une pointe de miel. En bouche, bière au profile malté restant assez douce avec l’ajout de miel. Levure est présente et le tout se termine sur une palais sec et grains. Une pointe de caramel et d’épice venant principalement de la levure. Peu rappeler les fruits secs, le tout fini sur ce profile mielleux et doux de caramel. Décevante et sauvée par l’ajout du miel.

Bottle sampled at Mondial de la bière 2011. Pale golden with a thin white head. Aroma is yeast, alcohol, pale malt, herbal notes and a hint of wood. Flavor is pale malt, herbs, honey, alcohol, wild woods, alcohol and a moderately bitter finish. Medium body and lively carbonation.

Sample at Mondial de la Bière (Montréal). Beautiful hazy golden body with a huge white foamy head. Aroma is dominated by maltiness. It carries grainy hints. Its malty/hoppy taste carries fruity notes and ends with a short, dry bittersweet finish.

Amber. Large white foam. Deep spicy aroma of honey. Rich body with a very pronounced flavor of sweet-bitter-strong honey. Weak funky tart undertone gives some contrast to the honey. But the honey is too dominating. Surprisingly dry aftertaste.

Bottle at Theis & Mette. Hazy orange coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma dominated by honey with notes of berries and flowers. Fruity flavour of honey and unriped berries with notes of hops. Fruity finish of honey. The honey is too dominating.

Pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Smells of honey, spice and hints of metals. Sweet with aromas of honey and spices. Medium body. Medium to high carbonation. Dry and slightly sour finish.

Bottle at home - tasting. Clear amber - white head. High honey, grassy, messy, hay, sourness, bread, youghurt, milkey.... øv

Bottle. Pours light brown. Nose of herbs, honey, yeast and muted old citrus rinds. Taste of old orange peel, yeast and herbs. Light body for a strong.
