fiulijn (10000) - Como, ITALY - MAR 15, 2004
Hazy blond color; wonderful creamy head, persistent. Excellent Triple, round mouthfeel, with a light sweetness, complemented by the bitter taste of honey; very light herbs and sour wood. A clear spicy character makes of this a pretty complex beer.

Bottled - St Albans Beer Festival. A spicy herbal aroma to this hazy golden orange coloured beer. A bit of a spicy tripel taste and no obvious signs of the honey that’s supposed to be there. Hoppy and good

Bottled. Hazy pale orange colour with a fluffy white foam. Yeasty and sweet aroms of mild spices, cinnamon, white bread, metal and orange-liqour with vegetal undertones. Sweet and yeasty flavour of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), and orangemarmelade, hay and anise. Dryish undertones of wheat and coriander. Sweet orangey finish with spicy and buttery undertones. Really interesting little ale!

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2007 bottle at london drinker 07. Pretty bright honey colour with faomy white head. Smells exactly like wildflower honey. Exactly. It’s perfect! Taste is spicy w/ definite honey and floral hints and even a bit of citrus. Really lovely stuff.
