Bottle 750ml.

Light light unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, applesauce - apple pie. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100910]

Bottled. A hazy golden cider with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a very tart apply finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apple fruity and citrusy. Sweet, citrusy and lingering citric flavoured. Mild sulphorish note. Ends medium dry.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy, pale golden with a bubbly, rough, off-white head. Lightly tart apple aroma. Medium body with very fresh apple notes and throughout a perfect balance between sweetness and apply acidity making this rather pleasant. 170707

Hazy deep blond color; huge foam, reducing quickly; nice fine perlage, sustaining a thin head. Nice aroma of apples, apple skins, wood; it’s also citrusy, some magnesia. Dry cider, as promised; it has a good apple flavor, with a wood touch, and a good level of acidity; it has a light astringency, less than other French ciders, but enough to give it some character. Very good.

Pours a deepish golden. A big white head rises, then fizzes away quickly. A whole bunch of bubbles speeding towards the now bare surface of the liquid. Wonderful aroma. Lots of barnyard, ripe apples (red ones), oak, thyme and strawberries. Very lively mouthfeel. Flavour is wonderfully tart, not as dry as other French sidres, lots of apples, oak and well-balanced herbalness. A really fresh and good sidre.

2007 Bottle thanks to Mario. Aroma is good funky cider, green apple skins and some lightly bretty like funk. Taste is lightly carbonated and similar to the aroma. Decent stuff!

75 cl. Bottle. Large fine bubbled white head that mostly lasted. Spare display of lacework. Hazy almost amber color. Dry apple aroma, light barnyard, vinegar, citrus. Mild sweetness, fruity mainly, almost like apricot. Medium bodied with a sparkling dry texture. Moderated acidic flavor with good counter sweetness. Dry barnyard apple finish.
