Pale yellow colour with no head. Sweet apple fruity and light dusty aroma and taste. Dusty, dry and light fruity sweet finish.

May 4, 2008 RB#4300: 75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with an immediately disappearing white head. Sweet apple and mild phenol aroma. Flavour is starts quite sweet with a light apple flavours followed by a light wooden flavour mixed with a mild phenol/sulphor note. The sweetness slowly goes into a more dry feel in the finish. Standard sweet, yet mildly wooden French cider - good.

Dec 27, 2007 Golden clear colour with a little head. Nice aroma of apple and juice-like. Flavour of apple, not so sweet as other ciders. But ends up tasty and nice.
