En fût. Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur de caramel et d’érable. Apparence: La couleur est brune. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de caramel avec une pointe chocolatée. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Faible effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de chocolat en arrière goût. (Rating #4049)

A cognac copper brown ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, light sweet butterscotch malt, faint and boring. In mouth, a herbal burned caramel malt, maple wood notes, watery and boring. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 25 2011.

Very deep brown pour with a tight brown head. The aroma is quite lovely. A bit of cocoa and chocolate as well. Light yeastiness and a little hint of roast as well. Quite dry with a lingering earthy bitterness. A solid brown ale.
